RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
It is our hope that you are very happy with our products. However, if you would like to return an item, you must raise this with us within 14 days of receiving your goods, via email to email@example.com
You may return the Product to Bucked Up and obtain a refund of the price of the returned Product provided that you contact us within fourteen (14) working days from the day after the goods are delivered as long as the product has not been opened or consumed.
You will have to pay the cost of return postage, which will not be refunded.
If a Product was supplied in error or damaged please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return. In the event of an incorrect item being shipped, Bucked Up will meet the cost of the return and replacement.
We must received the procut back, in unopened unused unmarked condition before we send out a replacement.
If you have received the ordered Product(s) and have simply changed your mind about purchasing it, you may return the Product(s) or entitlement to Service to us for a refund and provided:
You inform Bucked Up within fourteen (14) working days from the day after the goods are delivered; and You have proof of purchase (i.e. order number / identification)
Please note that while the Product(s) remain in your possession you are under a duty to ensure that the Product(s) are kept safe and secure.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We can exchange any supplement for another flavour or product if you purchased in error. However it must still be in unused and have the seal still in tact and unopened. The return will be at your cost and you will also be liable for the cost of postage for sending the replacement out to you.
If you would like to exchange clothing for an alternative colour or size, you will be responsible for the return and you will also be charged for sending out the alternative product.
If we have made a mistake with your order, you will be sent a mailing bag with prepaid postage label attached. If the mailbag is lost/damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to us, it is advised that you use a tracked service for any return.
