Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm GMT.

Orders placed at the weekends or on Bank Holidays will NOT be processed until the next working day.

Bucked Up use Royal Mail Signed for Services for UK and International deliveries up to 2Kg's. For orders over 2kg we use DHL Tracked and signed.  

Bucked Up will deliver your order to the delivery address you have specified in the order form and in accordance with the delivery option you have chosen.

All UK orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be packaged and shipped the same day by Royal Mail.

Orders placed OUTSIDE of the UK received before 12pm are packaged and shipped the same day by Royal Mail and can take between 5-14 working days for delivery from the date you place your order (depending on your country).

Orders placed after 12pm Monday to Friday will not be processed until the following working day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday (except Bank Holiday Monday's, then they will be processed on the next working day).

In the event that any of the products ordered are out of stock, you will be contacted via email to discuss delivery options.  This may mean that we ship the order in two parts, Bucked Up will meet the cost of any additional shipping by Royal Mail Second Class only (regardless of what shipping option you have chosen).  However we will not dispatch your order until we receive confirmation.


United Kingdom Delivery
All our delivery options will require a signature, we are not responsible for a failed delivery attempt if no one was available at the delivery address to sign for the item.
Royal Mail Second Class Signed For - estimated 48 hours delivery.
Please allow up to 5 working days from date of dispatch before contacting Bucked Up.

Royal Mail First Class Signed For - estimated 24 - 48 hours delivery.
Please allow 2 working days from date of dispatch before contacting Bucked Up.
Please note, this is not a next Day service, although Royal Mail do aim to delivery over 90% of first class mail next day, it is not guaranteed.


It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure someone is available to take receipt of the delivery.
