DELIVERY
Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm GMT.

Orders placed at the weekends or on Bank Holidays will NOT be processed until the next working day.

Bucked Up use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery services. 


Bucked Up will deliver your order to the delivery address you have specified in the order form and in accordance with the delivery option you have chosen.

All orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be packaged and shipped the same day by Royal Mail.

Orders placed after 12pm Monday to Friday will not be processed until the following working day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday (except Bank Holiday Monday's, then they will be processed on the next working day).


In the event that any of the products ordered are out of stock, you will be contacted via email to discuss delivery options.  This may mean that we ship the order in two parts, Bucked Up will meet the cost of any additional shipping.  However we will not dispatch your order until we receive confirmation.

DELIVERY OPTIONS & SCHEDULE

It is the customer responsibility to ensure all address details are entered correctly. Failure to do so could result in your parcel getting lost.  Bucked Up are not responsible for any lost/missing parcel if the address has been entered incorrectly by the customer.  All of out orders are sent using a Royal Mail Tracked Service.
 
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - estimated 48 hours delivery from date of dispatch.
Please allow up to 5 working days from date of dispatch before contacting Bucked Up.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - estimated 24 - 48 hours delivery from date of dispatch.
Please allow 2 working days from date of dispatch before contacting Bucked Up.
Please note, this is not a next Day service, although Royal Mail do aim to delivery over 90% of first class mail next day, it is not guaranteed.

A delivery notification from Royal Mail will be sent via email and/or SMS provided these details have been entered at the checkout.

It is the customer responsibility to ensure someone is available to take receipt of the delivery.
